There are two ways you can filter the information, ie search for the specific information you are interested in.

Those with a 'heathery' colour are free text input boxes (just like the global search box). You can start typing and the selection will update dynamically. This is often refered to as 'typedown'. The dark pink filter boxes (also have a drop-down arrow) are selection filters. When you click in the selection box or on the drop down arrow at the right-hand end of the selection box, a drop down list of values will appear (NB. you can only select one value in each column).
You can clear all the column filters by clicking on the [Clear Column Filters] button at the top of the table. To clear individual column selections click in the blank area at the top of the drop down list. To remove a global search just delete the characters you have entered in the Global Search box.
