Ladies turn round their left shoulder and make an Alamo circle with the men (men facing in, ladies facing out, partner in your left hand)

Men twirl their partner under their (joined) left arms (as in the Gay Gordons)

Written for a regular dancer at Peeping Tom's ceilidh club who always wore short swirly skirts, and yes you guessed it, blue knickers. First performed there in 2000.
