Three sidesteps (ccw, man left/lady right) hop on the 4th step letting go with leading hands and bringing trailing hands between you so you are back to back with partner and join hands again.

(Still going ccw) three sidesteps (man right/lady left) hop on the 4th step letting go with leading hands and bringing trailing hands between you so you are back to back with partner and join hands again
